A few good questions
Glad you asked.
Does everyone need an account or an app?
No. Send the invitation link by text, email, or your group chat. Everyone can add a message on their phone or computer, without downloading an app. We email you a private link to manage the video—no password needed.
Can people upload a video they’ve already made?
Yes. They can choose a saved video or record a new one. Each message can be up to 30 seconds, with a file size limit of 24 MiB (about 25 MB). We accept MP4, WebM, and some MOV files. If a MOV file won’t work, save it as an MP4 and try again.
Can I choose the order of the messages?
Absolutely. Review the collected clips in your dashboard, remove any you don’t want, and drag them into the order you like before making your video.
What happens when my video is ready?
We’ll email you a link to your video page. Download the finished video to keep, or copy its link and send it to the person you’re celebrating. Check the date shown on your video and download a copy before then.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every finished gift is a one-time purchase: $19 up to 10 minutes or $29 over 10 and up to 20 minutes.
